Comparison of Cloud Service Quality Information Publication Based on Cloud Service

Abstract

Major stakeholders of cloud services are service providers and service consumers. To support communication related to cloud services between them, it is necessary to provide sufficient and clear information about the quality of cloud services. Using content analysis and CSQM (Cloud Service Quality Model), this paper aims to compare the differences of quality information depending on cloud services types; Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).
