| dc.description.abstract | 朝鲜没有生产砂糖,开港之前砂糖进口量也并不大,砂糖一直被认为即药品又贵品。此一原因是朝鲜市场在某种程度上离东亚贸易圈隔开的情况。不过,一旦开港,日商和华商接踵而至,开始贸易经商,被他们所进入的砂糖数量越来越多了。同順泰號是活動於韓末朝鮮時期的代表性廣幫華商公司。同順泰的創始人譚傑生是廣東省高要縣金利村人,同順泰自1880年代通過貿易業成爲代表性的華商資本並得以成長。首爾大學保存著一些同順泰文書。本文分析同順泰文書之中有關糖类的記錄,觀察進口糖類的大體傾向和变化。通過分析,查明可以推測1895年比1894年進口糖類的數量增加,雖然由於清日戰爭的敗退清朝在朝鮮的政治力量退潮,進口糖類方面沒受到很大影響。然而直到1907年車糖進口已經消失,只有糖姜繼續被進口,整個糖類進口量比1894年和1895年大爲減少。本文推断车糖是英国资本香港太古糖,此反映著在东亚砂糖的生产和流通上香港糖/华商的退潮和日本精糖/日商的躍進。 | - |
