dc.description.abstractRecently, numerical simulations of water surface waves using the Navier-Stokes equation models have been increased since these models surpass the depth-integrated equations-based wave models. However, random wave generation with the internal wave maker has been barely considered in the Navier-Stokes equation-based models. In this study, the internal wave maker for the Navier-Stokes equation-based model is applied to generate random waves and numerical results are compared with analytical solutions.-
