dc.description.abstractThe objective of this study is to evaluate with analysis the rotation capacity of Welded Unreinforced Flange-Welded web moment connections for SMF System. In total, four full-scale one-sided test, specimens were considered parameter of beam depth and panel zone strength. In this study, the nonlinear FE analysis was carried out to examine the structural behavior of the connections and compared with experimental results. The computed results show overall a good correlation with the test results. Additionally, analysis was conducted with parameters of access hole configurations to evaluate the ductility performance of these connections, and to access the effect of the stress and strain Indices on behavior.-
