정체성 있는 도시경관형성을 위한 경관디자인 요소의 평가요인 도출에 관한 연구 -인천경제자유구역 송도지구를 중심으로-

Abstract

도시는 불편 없이 활동할 수 있어야한다는 기능중심에서 쾌적한 환경을 기본으로 한 디자인에 의한 삶의 질을 중시하는 방향으로 패러다임이 변화되고 있다. 현재 입법 예고된 경관법 개정내용에서도 알 수 있듯이 경관디자인은 도시전체의 정체성 강화에 기여하는 중요한 요소가 된다. 경쟁력 있는 도시경관 형성을 위해서는 도시의 정체성과 목표에 부합하는 경관계획을 세워야 한다. 본 연구에서는 경관계획을 위한 체계적 접근의 일환으로 현 제도 및 계획 내용을 토대로 현실적인 대안을 제시할 수 있는 디자인 평가 지표의 도출이 필요하다는 전제하에, 평가의 지표로 활용할 수 있는 경관디자인 평가요인을 도출하고자 하였다. 그 과정으로 먼저 선행된 경관자료들을 분석하고, 관련계획 및 선행연구 고찰을 통해 정체성 있는 도시경관 형성을 위한 디자인 요소를 추출하였다. 추출된 디자인 요소들의 내용을 분석하고 중요도를 평가하여 정체성 있는 도시경관 형성에 영향을 미치는 평가 요인을 도출하였다. 도출된 평가요인들은 향후 경관계획에 따른 차이를 검증하고 효과적인 경관계획과정의 제안과 검증과정에도 지속적으로 활용할 계획이다.

A paradigm has been shifting toward stressing quality-of-life utilizing design concepts based on amenity space from function-oriented that should promote citizen's activity with no inconvenience. Urban landscape design has become a critical factor contributing to strengthen city's identity as well as holistic city's image as one can notice with reading Scenic Conservation Act amendment which is ongoing legislation notice process. Therefore, It is a very important task to make such an urban landscape design that can coincide with city's function and goal for constructing competitive city's image. In this study, as a way of systematic approach for making urban landscape design, recognized the need of evaluation index that can present practical alternative proposal based on effective system and plan, created evaluation factors of urban landscape design that can be used as evaluation index. As a process of this study, analyzed existing urban landscape data, and abstracted design factors for identity in the urban landscape formation from relevant projects and existing studies as a first step. after that, derived evaluation factors that can affect identity in the urban landscape formation with analyzing and evaluating the importance of such abstracted design factors. Abstracted evaluation factors will be used continuously in testing urban image difference followed by urban landscape planning afterwards, and even testing proposal of the effective landscape planning process.
