Abstract
본 연구는 잠재계층분석(LCA)을 통해 은퇴 후 느끼는 주관적 단점을 유형화하여 맞춤형 해결책을 논의하고 실무적 시사점을 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국민연금연구원에서 제공하는 국민노후보장패널  2019년 1차 년도 자료를 활용하였으며, (완전)은퇴자에 해당하는 2,395명의 자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 은퇴자는 ‘무료한 집단’, ‘가족 내 위축집단’, ‘사회관계 고립집단’으로 분류되었다. ‘무료한 집단’은 49세 이하의 조기은퇴자들이 많이 속해있었고, ‘사회관계 고립집단’은 여성의 비율이 높고, 비자발적으로 퇴사할 확률이 높았으며, ‘가족 내 위축집단’은 60대 이상 고령층 비율이 높고, 자발적 퇴사자일 확률이 높았다. ‘무료한 집단’과 ‘사회관계 고립집단’은 삶의 만족도가, ‘사회적 고립집단’은 심리적 건강상태가 상대적으로 낮았다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 맞춤형 일자리 정책에 대한 제언과 복지 관련 실무적 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study is to identify latent classes based on subjective shortcomings after retirement through LCA, to discuss customized solutions, and to provide practical implications. We utilized Korean Retirement and Income Study (KRelS) data in 2019, and 2,395 responses from retirees were analyzed. We identified three latent classes: Boredom, atrophy in family relationships, and isolation from social relations. The boredom group consisted of a lot of early retirees under the age of 49; the atrophy in family relationships group consisted of a high proportion of the elderly and a high probability of leaving organizations voluntarily; and the isolation from social relations group consisted of a high proportion of women and a high probability of leaving organizations involuntarily. In addition, the boredom group and the isolation from social relations group had relatively low life satisfaction, and the isolation from social relations group had a relatively low psychological health. Based on the findings, suggestions for customized job policies and practical implications related to welfare were discussed.
