| dc.description.abstract | 만성골수성백혈병의 급성기는 몇 가지 유전자들의 돌연변이와 관련이 있다. P53 유전자 돌연변이는 골수성 급성기나 림프구성 급성기 모두에서 중요한 역할을 한다고 알려져 있다. 그러나, N-ras 유전자의 경우는 만성골수성백혈병의 급성기와의 연관성은 아직까지 잘 알려져 있지 않은 실정이다. 이에 저자 등은 만성골수성백혈병 만성기에서 급성기(lymphoblastic blast phase)로 전환된 환자에서 p53 유전자 돌연변이 없이N-ras 유전자의 점돌연변이를 관찰하여 이에 보고하는 바이다. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | The blast phase in chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) is associated with mutation of several genes. It is well known that p53 gene mutation plays a key role in the myeloid or lymphoid blast phase of CML. But for the case of the N-ras gene, the association between N-ras mutations and the blast phase of CML is not yet known. We report here on a case of detecting N-ras point mutation without p53 mutation in a 64 year-old man who suffered from the lymphoblastic blast phase of CML. | - |
