dc.description.abstract | Adaptive Resource Allocation is a method of allocation for utilizing limited resources effectively in multi-user Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) systems. In this paper, the allocation method in two steps that adaptively allocate subcarrier to every user is proposed. It makes use of bit-error rate (BER), user's minimum data rate requirement and channel state information for maximizing spectral efficiency while satisfying every user's Quality of Service (QoS). As the result, the proposed subcarrier allocation method is adaptable for more users in comparison with the conventional the algorithm method and improves performance of spectral efficiency. | - |
