dc.description.abstractThe visible regions of electrically color-tunable photonic crystal display (CPD) materials based on colloidal nanoparticles can show full-spectrum tunability without color filters. Quasi-amorphous colloidal structures of CPD exhibit angle-independent photonic colors in response to the electric stimuli. This noble CPD pixel can be a powerful candidate for electronic skin as well as electronic paper.-
