dc.description.abstractBien que les installations de traitement des eaux aient une duree de vie relativement longue, le processus de prise de decision pour choisir la methode de reparation et de renforcement est generalement influence par l'experience d'un ingenieur. Ces decisions devraient etre prises systematiquement apres avoir considere l'usage des installations, les caracteristiques des dommages, les caracteristiques techniques, les couts de reconstruction, les couts d'entretien et autres. Le but de la presente etude est de fournir un systeme d'analyse de la valeur pour une selection efficace des methodes de reparation/renforcement des structures de beton des usines de traitement des eaux. L'analyse du type de dommage a la structure de beton et les registres d'entretien permettent le developpement d'un systeme d'analyse de la valeur pour une prise de decision plus efficace et systematique. Les criteres d'evaluation du rendement ont ete determines en consultant des professionnels de terrain. Le poids accorde a chaque critere de rendement a ete etabli en utilisant le sondage du personnel de terrain et la methode du processus de hierarchie analytique (AHP). La norme de classement du rang de chaque critere d'evaluation du rendement a ete etablie pour chaque type de methode d'entretien. Finalement, un systeme automatise qui peut eclairer la selection de la methode de renforcement et de reparation a ete developpe en appliquant les indices de rendement proposes relies a la selection de la methode d'entretien et a l'analyse de la valeur des differentes methodes.-
