| dc.description.abstract | 현재까지 학연이나 지연을 바탕으로 이루어진 스포츠동호회에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이며, 특히 골프 등과 같이 종목이 가지고 있는 특수성 때문에 아직 대중화 되지 못하고 있는 종목의 스포츠동호회에 대한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 앞으로 이에 관한 연구가 더욱 다양하게 진행되어 스포츠동호회에서 구성원 사이에서 권력관계로 인해 발생하는 여러 가지 갈등 요인들에 대하여 해결방안을 제시하여 질적으로나 양적으로 스포츠동호회의 활성화에 기여할 수 있는 계기가 되어야 할 것이다 | - |
