완벽주의와 학업소진의 관계에 있어서 내외통제성의 매개효과

| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 고등학생을 대상으로 완벽주의와 내외통제성 및 학업소진과의 관계를 살펴보고, 완벽주의와 학업소진과의 관계에서 내외통제성이 매개역할을 하는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 고등학생 392명(M:257, F:135)을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 완벽주의는 학업소진과 정적 상관을, 내외통제성과도 정적 상관을 나타내었다. 즉, 완벽주의일수록 통제소재를 많이 사용하며, 완벽주의일수록 학업소진이 많이 될 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 완벽주의와 내외통제성이 학업소진에 미치는 영향에서는 내외통제성만이 통계적으로 유의하였다. 즉, 학업소진에 대한 완벽주의의 설명력보다 내외통제성이 학업소진을 더 잘 설명하였다. 셋째, 외적통제가 완벽주의와 학업소진 간의 관계를 완전 매개하였다. 반면에, 내적통제는 완벽주의와 학업소진 간의 관계를 매개하지 않았다. 이로써 완벽주의는 외적통제를 증가시킴으로써 학업소진에 이른다는 것을 밝혔다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 상담에서의 시사점을 논의하였다. | - |
