야간경관계획의 평가항목 선정 및 가중치 분석

Abstract

야간경관은 조명에 의해서 형성되는 도시경관 중의 하나이며, 도시민의 야간 활동 증가에 따라 도시의 매력을 증대시키는 효과적인 방법으로 인식되고 있다. 외국의 선진 도시들의 경우에 야간경관을 정비하고 특화하여 매력적인 경관조성을 위한 다양한 전략들을 만들고 있으며, 우리나라의 경우에도 최근 야간경관계획을 수립하는 도시들이 늘어나고 있다. 본 연구는 국내외 야간경관계획의 사례연구를 통해서 야간경관계획을 평가하기 위한 평가항목을 선정하고 전문가 설문을 통해서 평가항목의 가중치를 분석하였다. 연구의 결과에 의하면, 평가항목으로는 상위계획과의 연계, 경관의 유형의 구분, 계획의 내용적 수준, 세부 조명지침의 내용, 조명설치 대상시설의 분류 등이 선정되었고, 각 항목별로 전문가들의 중요도에 대한 인식이 분석되었다.

Nightscape is the important element of cityscape. As the time of nightlife has been increased, nightscape is recognized an effective method to enhance the attraction of city. Many developed countries have been working out a strategies for attractive nightscape. Also many cities are preparing a nightscape planning recently. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to select the criteria for evaluating the nightscape planning through the internal and external nightscape planning case study and to identify the weight of evaluation criteria. According to the result of this paper, the evaluation criteria are selected as relation of the higher rank plans, type of landscape, level of planning contents, guidelines of illumination, and classification of target illumination equipment and so on. Also recognition of experts and importance of evaluation criteria by weight analysis are analyzed.
