AHP를 이용한 물류서비스품질 선택요인의 상대적 중요도에 관한 연구: 물류기업과 고객 간의 비교를 중심으로

Abstract

[연구목적] 자유무역협정(Free Trade Agreement)으로 인해 거래에 있어 각종 규제와 장벽이 허물어지고, 정보통신기술(Information and Communication Technology)에 기반을두고 발전을 거듭하고 있는 플랫폼(platform)의 영역이 광의의 개념으로 확대되었다. 이에본 연구는 물류서비스를 구성하는 품질요인 중 어떤 요인이 중요하게 인식되고 있는지탐색하고 중요도와 필요성의 관계를 밝혀 보고자 한다. [연구방법] 본 연구를 실행하기 위해 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)에 관한 이론과물류서비스품질에 관련한 선행연구들을 참고하고 검토하였다. 이를 통해 선정한 요인들을물류산업에 관련한 물류전문가들과 물류서비스를 경험한 고객들로 나눠 설문조사를 실시하고, 이를 통해 도출된 결과를 AHP를 이용, 분석하여 두 그룹의 결과값과 격차를 종합적으로 검토하고 분석하였다. [연구결과] 물류서비스품질을 구성하는 주요요인들을 탐색하였으며 각 요인들의 상대적중요도를 밝히고 각 요인들을 인식하는 두 그룹간의 격차를 밝힐 수 있었다. [연구의 시사점] 물류서비스품질을 구성하는 요인들을 정의하고 각 요인들이 갖는 상대적 중요도를 밝혀냄으로써 물류서비스품질의 개선이나 혁신을 위해 우선 고려해야 할 선택요인을 선정하는데 기여하였다. 또한 공급 측과 수요 측의 인식 격차를 확인함으로써시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

[Purpose] FTA(Free Trade Agreement) broke down regulation and barrier of transactions and development of information and communication technology made concept of platform broad sense. Increasing number of logistics and expanding logistics industry were followed as a result. Thus, this study aims to measure which factor is important to logistics corporation and customer. [Methodology] This study is based on AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) theory and existing researches on logistics service quality. To study main factors and detailed factors of logistics service quality questionnaire survey was conducted to professionals, Analyzing data from the survey using AHP method was followed for measuring relative importance and perception gap. [Findings] This study analyzed key factors of logistics service quality, their relative importance and gap of supplier and customer in logistics service quality evaluation. [Implications] By defining factors of logistics service quality and clarifying their relative importance using paired comparison, this study contributed to decision making in improvement or innovation of logistics service quality. Furthermore, by identifying perception gap, it provides reference to logistics corporation in efficient allocation of resources.
