- Abstract
- 바렛식도는 식도선암의 전구 병변으로 알려져 있으나, 우리나라에서는 보고된 예가 극히 드물다. 본원에서는 81세 남자에서 식도선암 진단 하에, 부분식도절제술 및 식도-위 단단문합술을 시행하였다. 절제된 조직의 병리검사에서 식도 선암종 주위의 배상세포를 동반한 장상피화생을 관찰할 수 있었다. 이에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
