dc.description.abstractWith people's increasing interests on eco-friendly environment and development of IT(Information Technology), demand for U-ECO(Ubiquitous-Ecology) housing complexes has been increased steadily. In spite of various studies about development strategies of U-ECO housing complexes, there exists no study examining the economic value of U-ECO housing. This study attempts to estimate people's willingness to pay(WTP) for a U-ECO housing complex and to analyze its determining factors using double bounded dichotomous choice question(DBDCQ), which is one of the major survey methods for contingent valuation method(CVM). Based on the results, this study shows that average WTP for the U-ECO housing complex is 18.79 million wons. This WTP is 1.7 million wons higher than the WTP for Ahyeon Newtown housing complex which does not have ubiquitous and ecosystem components.-
