| dc.description.abstract | 62세 남자환자가 간경변증의 정기적인 추적검사 중 발생한 황달을 주소로 내원하였다. 검사실 검사에서 총 빌리루빈과 직접 빌리루빈이 증가하여 있었으며, 영상검사에서 양측 간내담관의 원위부를 누르는 두 개의 단순 간낭종이 발견되었다. 각각의 지름은 약 2.7 cm 와 2.9 cm였으며 이 낭종의 근위부로 전반적인 간내담관의 확장소견이 발견되어 낭종에 의한 폐쇄성 황달로 진단하였다. 낭종의 내용물을 흡인해 낸 후 100% 알코올을 이용한 경화요법을 시행하였으며, 추적검사로 시행된 복부 단층촬영에서 간내담관의 확장소견이 호전되었다. 단순 간 낭종에 의한 폐쇄성 황달은 매우 드물고, 대개는 간문부의 중앙에 있는 크기가 큰 낭종에 의해 발생하는 경우가 많다. 본 증례의 경우 매우 작은 단순 간 낭종에 의해 발생한 폐쇄성 황달을 100% 알코올을 이용한 경화요법으로 성공적으로 치료하였다. | - |
