dc.description.abstract | An integrated two-wire helical antenna for Bluetooth band (2.4 - 2.483 GHz) is introduced. The proposed antenna is implemented on the printed circuit board (PCB) for Bluetooth. The antenna has modified two-wire helical structure to maximize the bandwidth in spite of small PCB volume. The dimension of proposed antenna on standard FR4 substrate is 12 mm × 4 mm × 1.6 mm. The impedance bandwidth (VSWR<2) of proposed antenna is about 150 MHz (2.39 2.54 GHz). Radiation patterns are nearly omni-directional for operation frequencies. | - |
