We provide a gravity dual of thermalization of RHIC collision fireball by considering a black hole formation. We argue that closed strings are formed by collisions and gravity dual of the initial fireball falls into the IR region of the AdS space. Large black holes form by gravitational interaction of the initial mini black holes and other closed string states.-
