| dc.description.abstract | 대장의 지방종은 소아에서 장폐색의 흔한 원인이나 성인에서는 장폐색을 유발하는 원인 중 1% 미만의 빈도를 보이는 매우 드문 임상 질환이다. 대장의 지방종은 대부분의 경우 크기가 작고 주로 우측대장, 특히 맹장에서 발생하는데, 고령의 여성에서 호발한다. 간헐적인 장중첩은 대장 지방종 환자에서 드물지 않게 보고되는데, 주로 크기가 큰 유경성 지방종에 의해 장중첩이 발생한다. 거의 대부분의 위장관 지방종은 점막하 또는 장막하에서 발생하며, 무증상인 경우가 많으나 드물게 복통이나 장폐색, 그리고 위장관 출혈을 유발한다. 응급 수술이 필요할 정도로 심각한 대장 지방종은 드물지만, 증상이 있거나 합병증이 동반된 지방종은 수술이나 내시경적인 시술이 반드시 필요하다. 저자들은 증상이 동반되어 수술이 필요했던 거대 유경성 점막하 지방종에 의한 결장결장형 장중첩을 경험하여 이를 보고하고자 한다. | - |
