dc.description.abstractAn efficient method for the preparation of multi-layered polydiacetylene (PDA) vesicles on solid substrates is described. By incubation of a glass substrate alternately in a cationic PDA solution and in a negatively charged poly(styrenesulfonate) solution, multi-layered PDA vesicles were prepared.-
