| dc.description.abstract | The issue of interaction between the sector-specific regulation and the antitrust law becomes a priority in regulated industries such as telecommunication, energy and transportation industries. As those industries have been deregulated, the role of antitrust laws has been growing, which logically tends to create conflicts between the sector-specific regulation and the antitrust. One of the most realistic and practical approaches to those conflicts is making use of antitrust exemptions recognized by relevant statutes or courts. | - |
