키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 군(軍 ) 정신전력교육 연구동향 분석

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 군 정신전력교육 연구동향을 탐색하여 정신전력교육과 교육프로그램 개발 및 발전에 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 정신전력교육, 정신교육 등 관련 키워드를 바탕으로 수집한 54편의 학술 논문을 데이터로 하여 R 프로그램을 이용한 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2012년부터 2022년 7월까지 논문을 살펴본 결과 정신전력교육과 관련된 연구 분야는 사회과학 분야의 ‘교육학’에 집중되어 있다. 일부 자연과학공학, 복합학, 인문학에서 간헐적으로 연구 논문이 발행되었지만 여전히 미미한 수준이다. 연도별로는 2019년 이후 발행된 논문이 전체 논문의 66.7% 비중으로 2019년을 기점으로 정신전력에 대한 군 및 학계의 관심이 높아진 것을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 상위 키워드를 살펴보면 ‘정신전력’, ‘정신전력교육’이 압도적으로 많은 빈도를 차지하고 있으며, ‘MZ세대’, ‘학습자 중심 교육’, ‘4차 산업혁명’ 등의 단어가 상위 순위를 차지하며 상대적으로 낮은 빈도로 나타나고 있었다. 연결중심성과 매개중심성의 네트워크를 살펴본 결과, 연결중심성이 높은 단어가 매개의 역할을 같이 하고 있음이 나타났다. 본 연구는 군 정신전력교육 관련 선행연구를 바탕으로 연구동향에 대한 데이터를 제공하였다. 이를 통해 정신전력교육에 대한 종합적인 관점에서 발전방향에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the development of mental strength education by exploring the research trends of military mental strength education. For the purpose, network analysis was conducted using the ‘R-program’. examining 54 academic papers based on keywords such as mental strength, mental strength education, and mental education etc. The research results are as follows: first, as a result of examining the papers from 2012 to July 2022, we found that research field related to mental strength education is mainly focused on ‘education’ in the filed of social science. Research papers have been published in other fields, however they are still insignificant. Papers published after 2019 accounted for 66.7% of all papers, indicating that the military’s interest in mental strength education. Secondly, we found that the most popular keyword became ‘mental strength’ and ‘mental education’. Also, words such as ‘MZ generation’, ‘learner centered education’, ‘4th industrial revolution’ have a lower frequency with lower priority. For network connection, centrality and mediation centrality have a strong relationship with the keywords. The main importance of this study is the information it provided on mental strength education of military research trends. In the future, education managers in military will use the information from these research trends in order to decide which technologies or teaching methods will be best for them to use.
