| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 교육서비스 기업의 교육리더십이 학습조직화에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고, 교육리더십과 학습조직화의 관계에서 자기효능감의 조절효과를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 교육서비스 기업에 종사하는 임직원 409명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 교육서비스 기업에서의 교육리더십이 학습조직화에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것이 확인되었다. 둘째, 교육리더십과 학습조직화의 관계에서 자기효능감이 유의한 조절효과가 있는 것이 확인되었다. 셋째, 교육리더십의 신뢰성과 교육·학습·전문성 신장 지원의 각각 학습조직화와의 관계에서 자기효능감의 조절효과가 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통해 교육서비스 기업에서의 교육리더십, 학습조직화, 자기효능감 등의 변인 간 관계를 규명하고 연구 결과를 토대로 이론적, 실무적 제언을 제시하였다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있다. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to examine how educational leadership of educational service companies affects learning organization, and to examine the moderating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between educational leadership and learning organization. To this end, a survey was conducted on 409 executives and employees working in educational service companies, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0. As a result of the analysis, first, it was confirmed that educational leadership in educational service companies had a significant positive(+) effect on learning organization. Second, it was confirmed that self-efficacy had a significant moderating effect in the relationship between educational leadership and learning organization. Third, the moderating effect of self-efficacy was confirmed in the relationship between the reliability of educational leadership and education, learning, and professional development support, respectively, with learning organization. Through this study, the significance of the study can be found in that the relationship between variables such as educational leadership, learning organization, and self-efficacy in educational service companies was identified and theoretical and practical suggestions were presented based on the research results. | - |
