고양시 공공자전거(피프틴) 이용에 관한 중요도 및 만족도분석

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the importance and satisfaction recognitions for Goyang city public bike (fifteen) using Importance-Performance Analysis. In order to achieve this objective, samples were taken by using convenience sampling method among non-probability sampling methods. Total 399 data were collected in this study except data which did not respond or trustlessly responded. In data processing, via SPSS version 20.0 for window, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's α, frequency analysis, and Importance-Performance Analysis. The results were as follows. First, Ⅰ quadrant included in convenience of handle, distance to school / work place, use of homepage, convenience of auxiliary lock, convenience of station place information, rental and return. Second, Ⅱ quadrant included in smart phone application, distance from subway station, ease of bus transfer, saddle convenience. Third, Ⅲ quadrant included in easy transfer of urban railway, distance from residence, reduction of public transportation cost, reasonable fee, fuel cost, parking cost reduction. Ⅳ quadrant included in distance from bus stop, station screen use, convenience of basket.
