dc.description.abstract | In this paper, a bandwidth enhanced compact dualband antenna for smart watch is proposed. By using the T-shaped feeding structure on the top of FR-4 substrate, dual-band characteristics are achieved in WLAN (2.4/5.2 GHz) bands. To enhance the bandwidths in WLAN (2.4/5.2 GHz) bands, two parasitic elements on the top of FR-4 substrate and a rectangular slot on the bottom of FR-4 substrate are utilized in this antenna. In addition, to apply the proposed antenna to a practical smart watch, a cubic phantom is used to analyze the antenna performance. | - |
