dc.description.abstractIn the information age, many machines are builtwith electronic components. However, the problemthat electronic components, especially integratedcircuit (IC) chips, is vulnerable to securityproblems has been suggested. Hardware Trojan(HT) is defined as a security vulnerability thatchanges the structure of the IC chip and causesproblems such as function change and informationleakage. In order to detect HT, it is necessary toperform side-channel analysis of the power signalgenerated from the IC chip. In this paper, we willintroduce the contents of manufacturing an IC chipincluding HT using the Trust-hub benchmark toproceed with side-channel analysis, and introducea test method using the manufactured IC chip.-
