In order for the public to relieve stress, and promote health in artistic and cultural leisure activities, this article aims to investigate the biophilic design of museum service spaces, explore the application direction of biophilic design in museum service spaces, and provide basic data for related research. In terms of research methods, grasp the spatial structure of museums and the spatial facilities designed in the service field through theoretical investigation, and derive the evaluation elements of biophilic design through analysis and preliminary research. Conduct on-site inspections of selected museum service fields to draw conclusions. The research results are as follows. Firstly, from the perspective of direct experience of nature, the utilization of light is the most commonly used element in biophilic design, as it uses a large area of glass curtain walls, which have become an important feature of applying biophilic design in the field of museum services. Secondly, the best application factor is the use of natural materials, which can bring users a sense of comfort close to nature and play a positive role in relaxing the body and mind, and relieving stress. Thirdly, the best applicable element is a broad perspective. The service areas of museums are all reflected in the form of open spaces, which is the best guarantee for a broad perspective.-
