| dc.description.abstract | Numerous studies investigated the performance of direct evaporative cooler integrated with air-source heat pump to improve thecoefficient of performance of heat pump and reduce energy consumption in cooling season. The purpose of This study is toevaluate the performance of a novel rotary direct evaporative cooler, which rotates the medium to reduce water and energyconsumption of the pump compared to conventional direct evaporative cooler. The experimental results showed that the rotarydirect evaporative cooler had lower evaporative cooling efficiency (38.1 ~ 63.8%), but lower water and energy consumption thanconventional direct evaporative cooler. | - |
