지진 위험도범주 II와 IV로 설계된 철골모멘트골조 건물의 지진 위험도 평가

Abstract

자연재난 발생 중/후, 우리 사회의 최우선 과제는 건설환경의 지속적 기능이 유지함으로써 인명 및 삶의 질을 보호하는 것에있다. 이러한 점에서 중요 건물은 자연재난 후 제한된 지진피해를 보이며, 시민보호를 위해 중요한 역할을 수행할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문은 높은 지진 위험도 범주로 분류된 중요 건물의 지진 위험도를 평가하였다. 평가대상 건물 중 일반 사무용 건물은 건물 붕괴 위험성이아주 컸으며, 중요 건물의 경우, 비구조재 요소의 수리에 의한 경제적 손실이 아주 컸다.

During and after natural disasters, the primary objectives of our society are to achieve the protection of life and to preserve the quality of life such that the continuous functionality of our built environment can be achieved. The critical buildings should be able to play an important role with limited damage for civil protection following the natural hazards. This paper evaluates seismic risks in steel buildings classified as higher risk categories. The collapse risk of the archetype buildings may be of fundamental concern. Repair to nonstructural components is the most significant contributor to the financial losses in critical buildings.
