| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 팀 역할 균형 이론(Team Role Balance theory)에 기반을 둔 TREO(Team Role Experience and Orientation) 측정도구를 번안 및 타당화하는 데 있다. 타당화 방법으로 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석뿐만 아니라 문항반응이론에 기초한 Rasch 모형을 활용한 문항 곤란도 및 문항 적합도를 검토하였다. 6요인(Organizer, Doer, Challenger, Innovator, Team Builder, Connector) 48문항으로 구성된 TREO는 지향성24문항과 경험 24문항으로 구성되어 있기 때문에 연구진 및 외부 전문가에 의해 중복을 최소화한 24 문항으로 간소화 작업을 거쳤다. 국내 L건설사를 대상으로 2회에 걸쳐 표본을 수집하였고, 표본 1에대해 Rasch 모형, 탐색적 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석이 수행되었고, 표본 2에 대해 확인적 요인분석이수행되었다. 최종적으로 모든 기준을 충족한 6요인 18문항으로 구성된 TREO short version을 개발하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 시사점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to validate the Korean short version of the Team Role Experience and Orientation (TREO) measurement based on the team role balance theory. From the perspective of classical test theory and item response theory, we considered factor analysis and reliability test as well as MNSQ (i.e., infit and outfit), and item difficulty. The TREO, consisting of six components of 48 items (i.e., organizer, doer, challenger, innovator, team builder, and connector), was simplified to 24 items by researchers and external subject matter experts. We collected survey data twice from L Company. Rasch model, exploratory factor analysis, and reliability analysis were conducted using sample 1, and confirmatory factor analysis was performed using sample 2. Finally, the TREO short version consisting of six components of 18 items that satisfied all the criteria, was validated. We discussed implications and provided suggestions for future studies based on the findings. | - |
