| dc.description.abstract | 안과 질환을 치료하기 위한 약물 전달 방식은 대부분 안약을 점안하는 것이다. 하지만 안약 점안은 생체이용률이 낮고 약물의 전신적인 흡수로 부작용이 발생할 수 있으며 환자 순응도가 낮다는 한계가 있다. 효과적으로 안과 약물을 전달하기 위해 다양한 방법들이 시도되고 있고 그중 콘택트렌즈를 이용한 약물 전달 방법에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. | - |

However, topical eye drop instillation has limitations in that the bioavailability is low, side effects may occur due to systemic absorption, and patient compliance is low. Various delivery methods have been attempted to effectively deliver ophthalmic drugs, and among them, a drug delivery system using a contact lens will be reviewed. | - |
