HBIM 구축 프로세스의 개선을 위한 효율적인 모델링 방법 제안

Abstract

본 연구에서 문화유산의 보존 및 관리를 위한 HBIM 구축 프로세스 개선을 목적으로 하며, 예천 용문사 대장전과 공주 마곡사 영산전의 사례 분석과 실무자를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 기반으로 한다. 이를 기반으로 협업 단계에서의 의사소통 문제, 모델 구축 단계에서의 도면 불일치, 부재 형상 모델링 어려움, 데이터 일치성, 그리고 IFC 변환 문제를 개선하기 위한 방안을 제안한다. 이를 통해 문화유산 관리에 효율성과 정확성을 증대시키며, HBIM 프로세스를 향상시키는 데 기여할 것으로 예상된다.

This study aims to enhance the HBIM Implementation process for the preservation and management of cultural heritage. It is based on caseanalyses of Yongmunsa Daejangjeon in Yecheon and Yeongsanjeon in Gongju, along with surveys targeting industry practitioners. Theresearch identifies issues in the areas of communication during the collaborative phase, drawing inconsistencies in the modeling phase,challenges in absence modeling, data consistency, and IFC conversion problems. Solutions are proposed to address these issues, with the goalof increasing efficiency and accuracy in cultural heritage management. The findings are expected to contribute to the improvement of theHBIM Implementation process for more effective cultural heritage preservation and management.
