관광위기관리정책에 있어서 정책PR이 정책리터러시와 정책지지에 미치는 영향 연구: 해외안전여행정책을 대상으로

Abstract

This study aims at examining the influence of policy PR on policy literacy and policy support toward Outbound Travel Safety Policy in tourism crisis management policy. The literature review covered the concepts, theories and researches related to the study. Following this, a research model and research hypotheses were proposed, and the measuring variables were constructed based on the previous researches. A purposive sampling method was applied, and a total of 348 effective questionnaires were utilized for the analysis. The findings of the study revealed that policy PR has partially significant influence on policy support. Specifically, the information provision activities of policy PR have insignificant influence on policy support, while the opinion acceptance activities have significant influence on policy support. And also the study found that policy literacy has significant mediating effect on the relation between policy PR and policy support. Based on these findings, the study suggests that effective ways to enhance the level of policy literacy be developed to attain the public’s policy support toward Outbound Travel Safety Policy.
