dc.description.abstractIn this paper, a new digital watermarking method, based on relative positioning principle, is proposed. The proposed approach inserts rather small watermarks in different parts of the image, in order to preserve the original image as much as possible and also to ensure robustness of the watermark. From simulation results, it is verified that the proposed method preserves the original image mostly better than other conventional methods, still keeping the watermark being robust in case of various visual attacks, especially cropping attack.-
