- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 모바일 결제서비스 이용빈도 및 지각된 성과에 정보격차의 요인이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하고자 한다. 또한 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 정보격차로 인해 모바일 결제서비스 이용빈도에 조절효과가 있는지 확인하여 정확히 파악하고자 한다. 모바일 결제서비스 이용격차를 해소할 수 있는 방안을 모색함으로써 소비자의 모바일결제 서비스에 대한 이용성과를 제고하고 서비스업체의 모바일 결제서비스 활성화에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
