dc.description.abstractUncertainty estimation of the nut stiffness of a ballscrew is conducted through Monte Carlo method. Expanded uncertainty of the stiffness model is estimated by stochastic analysis of uncertainty effects. Experimental verification has been conducted through GUM.-
