친환경 요소 사례분석을 통한 고령자 측면에서의 친환경 주거 계획에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 고령자의 주거공간에 사회적 흐름에 따라 최근 이슈화되는 친환경 건축개념을 접목시켜 고령자 측면에서의 친환경 주거 계획을 제안하고자 한다. 이에 서울시에 위치한 아파트 6곳을 대상으로 친환경적 계획요소를 조사하여 고령자 측면에서 분석하고 주거 공간 계획 시 고려해야 할 부분을 살펴보았다. 친환경 주거공간에 나타난 친환경 계획 요소를 ‘에너지 및 자원절약’, ‘주변 환경과의 조화’, ‘건강 및 쾌적성 향상’으로 구분하여 조사하였다. 조사결과 첫째‘주변 환경과의 조화’에 대한 계획은 양호하게 적용된 반면 ‘건강 및 쾌적성 향상’에 대한 계획은 미비한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 에너지 절약과 자원의 재활용과 같은 근본적이고 효율적인 에너지 사용 방안에 대해서는 수자원 절감과 같은 소극적인 방법이 주로 사용되었다. 따라서 추후 친환경 주거 공간은 공간의 유형이나 디자인적 측면에서 거주자들의 특성에 맞도록 친환경적 계획요소들이 다양하고 차별적인 방법으로 공간이 계획되어야 한다.
