| dc.description.abstract | This articles explores historical legacies of the of the Imperial Mongolia and Russia in Central Asia examining particularly cultural pattern's discourse and differentiation of the sedentary and nomadic nation. This paper deals with the importance of the imperialism's meaning since Ghenghis Khan's rule to the Russian Imperials's times so as to understand in Central Asia's Nation Identity. To understand the content of Chaghatay identity in Central Asia, We need examine the groups from which the Chaghatay differentiated themselves. The most basic distinction was between nomad and settled. The Russian Empire provided a bridge between these two systems, the core of the empire lay firmly in the Russian lands but it began its development within the Mongol system and showed Mongol influence in its early expectation of difference and respect for nomad origins. Above all I concentrated about the historical meaning of the Kazak nomad culture with this understandings. Imperial state structure and legitimation influenced the understanding of ethnic identities. Chapter II examines cultural pattern in Central Asia focused on differentiation process of the Uzbek and Kazakh. Chapter III review Central Asia and Imperial Russia. Chapter IV analyzes Imperial Russia's historical legacies focused on cultural pattern of the Kazakh. Nomadic and sedentary lifestyles formed the most basic and unchanging markers of identity in Central Asia. | - |
