Integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) has been highlighted as a solution to the current spectrum congestion issues. However, sensing and communication from the base station (BS) may not be feasible in a blockage scenario. Hence, we propose a UAV relaying network with ISAC capabilities. In particular, we propose unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to sense the users (UEs) and relay the sensed information to the BS while relaying communication signals from the BS to the UEs. To improve the communication between the BS and the UEs via the UAV relaying, a sensing-weighted algorithm is proposed to enhance sensing accuracy, maximize the achievable rate, and minimize the system outage performance by jointly designing the BS transmit beamforming and UAV amplification factor. The numerical results show the superiority of the proposed sensing-weighted algorithm over other conventional approaches. In addition, the results show improved sensing accuracy, improving the system throughput and outage performance.-
