dc.description.abstractThe structural safety of transmission towers has received increasing attention owing to the aging of power transmission infrastructure and the effects of external environmental factors. However, conventional methods for tilt inspection present limitations, including challenging field access, measurement inaccuracies, and high labor and time costs. This study proposes a transmission-tower inspection method that integrates a tilt-estimation algorithm with an autonomous UAV system equipped with both LiDAR and an optical camera. The proposed system safely acquires structural data of transmission towers through autonomous flight and quantitatively evaluates their tilt state by applying point cloud-based plane extraction and central-axis approximation techniques. The accuracy and robustness of the proposed algorithm were validated through both virtual experiments under various slope conditions and real-world measurements.-
dc.description.abstract최근 송전철탑의 노후화와 외부 환경 요인으로 인해 송전철탑의 구조 안전성에 대한 점검 수요가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 기울기 점검 방식은 작업자의 접근이 어렵고, 측정 장비에 따른 오차와 높은 인적·시간적 비용 등의 한계를 지닌다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해, 라이다와 광학 카메라가 탑재된 무인 항공기 기반의 자율 비행 시스템과 기울기 검사 알고리즘을 송전철탑 상태 점검 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 자율 비행을 통해 송전철탑의 구조 데이터를 안전하게 획득하며, 점군 기반의 평면 추출 및 중심축 근사 기법을 적용하여 기울기 상태를 정량적으로 평가한다. 특히, 다양한 경사 조건과 구조 형상을 고려한 가상환경 실험 및 실제 측정 기반 검증을 통해, 제안 알고리즘의 정확도와 강건성을 확인하였다.-
