디지털 전환과 지속가능성에 관한 체계적 문헌 리뷰: 국내 경영학 분야 연구를 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 기업의 디지털 전환과 지속가능성 및 ESG 경영이 기업성과에 있어서 상호 보완적인관계라는 관점에서 국내 경영학 분야에서 이루어지고 있는 관련 연구 동향을 파악하고 향후 연구과제를제시함에 있다. 본 연구 수행을 위해 한국연구재단의 한국학술지인용색인에서 ‘디지털’, ‘지속가능성’, ‘ESG’를 주제어로 경영학 분야의 학술지에서 발표된 논문들을 검색하여 자료를 수집하였고, 연도별발표된 논문의 수량과 연구 유형, 그리고 연구 주제별로 내용을 심층분석 하였다. 연구 결과를 토대로제조 산업 영역에서의 연구가 양적으로 증가될 필요성과 지속가능성의 개념을 기업의 비재무적 성과로정의할 필요성, 디지털 전환과 지속가능성 및 ESG 요인 간의 관계 분석에서 실증연구에 기반한 인과관계연구가 양적으로 증가될 필요성, 실증연구의 질적 향상을 위해 다양한 변수 요인과 분석모형 개발의필요성, 그리고 다양성과 디지털 포용 관점에서의 디지털 기술의 수용과 같은 다양한 영역으로 연구주제가 확장될 필요성 등을 향후 연구 과제로 제시하였다.

The purpose of his study is to identify research trends in the field of Korean management studies from the perspective that digital transformation and sustainability/ESG are mutually complementary for the corporate performance, and to suggest future research agendas. To conduct the study, we searched for papers published in academic journals in the field of management studies using the ‘digital’, ‘sustainability’, and ‘ESG’ as the keywords from Korea Citation Index(KCI) of National Research Foundation of Korea and then conducted an in-depth analysis of the number of papers by year, research type, and research topic. Based on the research results, the need for quantitative increase in research in the manufacturing industry, the need to define the concept of sustainability as the non-financial performance of companies, the need for quantitative increase in causal relationship research based on empirical research in the analysis of the relationship between digital transformation and sustainability/ESG factors, the need to develop various variable factors and analysis models to improve the quality of empirical research, and the need to expand research topics to various areas such as the acceptance of digital technology from the perspective of diversity and digital inclusion were suggested as future research tasks.
