dc.description.abstractIn this paper, we develop the novel sweat monitoring device for long-term monitoring, so-called sweat VIA. To realize this platform, we fabricated an open truncated hole with a pair of nanomesh electrodes on the wall. This open shape allows that sweat passes through the hole for a sensing moment without leaving residues (e.g., salts or solutions). To do this, the next sweat can be monitored without any interference. As sweat fills the hole by perspiration, we successfully obtain sweat properties (sweat rate and its ion concentration) by measuring electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) in a real-time manner.-
