dc.description.abstractGreen InP quantum dots with an InP/ZnSe/ZnS heterostructure were synthesized using a P(DEA)3 precursor. Optimized QDs exhibited 528 nm emission and 37 nm FWHM and EL devices show the luminance over 4000 cd/m2. Additionally sputtered ZnMgO ETL improved large-area fabrication with enhanced stability.-
