집단따돌림 피해 청소년이 인식하는 외상 후 성장 도움 요인에 대한 개념도 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 초·중·고등학교 시기에 집단따돌림 피해를 경험한 후 외상 후 성장을 이루었다고 판단되는 청소년들을 대상으로 외상 후 성장 도움 요인을 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위해 개념도 방법을 사용하여 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 선별된 13명의 연구참여자들을 대상으로 개별 면접을 실시하여 총 53개의 대표진술문을 추출하였고, 유사성 분류 과정에 참여한 12명의 자료를 바탕으로 다차원 척도법과 위계적 군집분석을 시행하여 개념도를 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 집단따돌림 피해 청소년의 외상 후 성장 도움 요인은 ‘내적자원 활용 - 사회적 지지 경험’과 ‘지지 추구 대처 - 통제 지향 대처’로 명명된 2개의 차원으로 분류되었으며, ‘자기 돌봄 및 변화를 위한 노력’, ‘사회적 상호작용 및 영적 안녕’, ‘사회적 지지 및 손상된 자존감의 회복’, ‘삶의 주도성 및 미래에 대한 기대감’이라는 4개 군집으로 구분되었다. 이중 ‘삶의 주도성 및 미래에 대한 기대감’이 외상 후 성장에 가장 중요하다고 인식되었다. 본 연구는 집단따돌림 피해 청소년이 실제로 인식하고 있는 외상 후 성장 도움 요인의 개념적 구조와 구체적인 내용을 밝혔다는 것에 의의가 있다. 끝으로 상담 실제 현장에서의 활용 방안과 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to explore supportive factors of post-traumatic growth in adolescents aged 19 to 24 who had experienced bullying in school. Data were collected through individual interviews with 13 participants, yielding 53 representative statements. These statements were classified based on similarity and analyzed using multi-dimensional scaling and hierarchical cluster analysis to create a concept map. The analysis revealed two dimensions: ‘Demonstration of Inner Strength – Experience of Social Support’ and ‘Support-Seeking Coping Strategies - Control-Oriented Coping Strategies’. These dimensions were further categorized into four clusters: ‘Self-Care & Efforts Toward Self-Development’, ‘Social Interaction & Spiritual Well-Being’, ‘Social Support & Self-Esteem Restoration’ and ‘Sense of Control over Life & Hope for the Future’. Of these four clusters, ‘Sense of Control over Life & Hope for the Future’ appeared to be the most significant supportive factor for post-traumatic growth. The implications and limitations are discussed based on the results.
