- Abstract
- Recently, public concern about possible hazard associated with the electromagnetic energy generated from vehicles has been raised. Although many studies show that field exposure level is more readily measureable than SAR in automotive environments, partially closed structure of vehicle makes the assessment using MPE be insufficient. In this paper, 180 in-vehicle scenarios were simulated and the relationship between MPE and SAR was investigated in order to estimate SAR using electric field.
