dc.description.abstractThis paper presents a new structural dynamic modeling method for the bending-torsion coupled vibration analysis of rotating cantilever blades. The natural frequency variations due to the rotational motion could be accurately estimated with the modeling method. The blade used to induce equations of motion of the system in this study is a uniform and isotropic cantilever beam which has a generic cross-section. The effects due to cross-section eccentricity, therefore, were considered. Furthermore, shear and rotary inertia effects were also considered in this study.-
