| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 2013년도부터 TIPA에서 진행해온 클라우드 기반 중소기업 정보화 프로젝트의 현황과 향후 방향에 대한 사용자 및 개발자 설문 분석을 실시하였다. 이 프로젝트는 7개 산업 협동조합들을 시범 지원하면서 개시되었기 때문에, 과거의 사용 패턴과 향후 전략 및 구축 계획에 대한 사용자 기대를 파악할 필요가 있다. 설문 분석 결과, 사용자 만족도와 기대는 기본 솔루션과 산업별 특수 비즈니스 프로세스가 반영된 산업 특화 솔루션간에 차이가 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. 결론으로서, 민간 클라우드 SW 시장에 대한 정부의 관여에 대한 시장의 우려와 중소기업의 정보화 진흥을 위한 정부의 지원 간의 조화 방법에 대한 제안을 제시하고자 한다. | - |
