dc.description.abstractThe gunfire localization is essential to themilitary robots and the crime scene detecting systemfor the police out in the fields. However theperformance of source localization decreases when thesource is exposed to noise. This paper describes howsix microphone array can be employed to localize theazimuth of the gunfire within the noised environment.The procedure includes Two Step Noise Reduction (TSNR)wiener filtering and Time Difference of Arrival (TDOA)estimation method.-
