dc.description.abstractThe objective of this study is to analyze the dynamic of a train-track-bridge system. A three-dimensional finite element model of a train-track-bridge system is established. The random track irregularities are generated through power spectrum and are included as the self-excitations of the system. The equation of motion of the coupled train-track-bridge system is derived and solved by the Newmark-beta method. The proposed analysis model and the solution method are efficient to optimize bridge design to ensure the safety of the railway traffic.-
